В бизнес центре Orlikov Plaza снимаю офис, для своего агентства недвижимости. Меня все здесь устраивает, новый свежий ремонт, хорошо работают кондиционеры, здание находится на хорошо проходимом месте. Рядом мое любимое кафе, мы забегаем туда пообедать всем коллективом. Стоимость аренды приемлемая. Так что мне пока все нравится. Планируем взять еще один офис, решили расширяться.

Уже в течении полу года арендуем офис в бизнесс-центре Orlikov plaza. Арендуемым помещением очень доволен, понравилось удобное расположение центра. Для комфортной работы есть все необходимое, в офис проведен высокоскоростной интернет, есть кондиционер и круглосуточная охрана. Офисы хорошо оборудованы. Персонал центра, поддерживает чистоту и порядок. Самый большой плюс, это адекватная арендная плата.

Удобное местонахождение. Больше плюсов нет. Очень часто не работают лифты, при этом никаких объявлений об этом не бывает, а также о возобновлении их работы. В туалетах зачастую не бывает расходных материалов (мыла, салфеток, бумаги). Уборка в офисе по договору была раз в неделю — не всегда соблюдалось, могла быть раз в две недели. Зимой холодно, приходилось пользоваться обогревателями. Повышение цен на аренду бесконечное: за три года повысили на 48%, при этом никаких улучшений не было. Еще в дог овор внесли обязательное страхование помещения. Ну и самое печальное, двойная сумма арендного платежа-залога не была возвращена. Очень неприятный осадок!

Комфортный бизнес-центр, недалеко от метро. Бывают проблемы с парковской поэтому лучше ездить на метро, которое очень близко расположено.
