— Хорошая корпоративная культура: адекватный руководитель, спасибо Ольге, ни раз не слышал, чтобы кто-то на кого-то повышал голос. Предусмотрены встречи с руководителем для получения обратной связи. — Выстроенный процесс целеполагания и оценки персонала: в начале года ставятся цели, в середине года корректируются, в конце года собирается обратная связь 360 градусов и выставляется рейтинг. Все достаточно прозрачно. — Хороший удобный офис: нормальная мебель. — Хороший коллектив: в основном молодые люди до 30–35 лет, нормальные уважительные отношения внутри коллектива.

Эта компания знает все о налогах, даже нюансы юридического характера. Отличная бухгалтерская компания — мы пользуемся их услугами уже больше года — со стороны налоговой никаких претензий.

Имею свое ИП. При открытии нужен был срочно главный бухгалтер. Очень сложно найти толкового сотрудника. По совету своего знакомого (владелец бизнеса), обратился на аутсорсинг. Выбрать компанию было не так то просто и относился ко всем организациям с подозрением. Выбор пал на Орион. Пожалел? Конечно же нет. Полное ведение бухгалтерии, а так же удалось избежать ошибок, с которыми столкнулись мои знакомые предприниматели. Вообщем советую компанию!
