не банк, а балаган. дверь в кассу сразу при входе и нараспашку, очередь дышит в спину. вот вам и анонимность операций. посреди обмена валюты врывается яжемать с "у меня там ребенок, мне срочно", охранник вяло отмахивается, приходится самостоятельно выгонять и слушать причитания о плохих людях. а то что люди уже отдали деньги в кассу - никого не волнует. кассир не в курсе банковских лимитов и периодов, но угрожающе говорит, что если менять у них крупные суммы часто, то об этом узнают особые службы и придется объясняться с ними. какие службы? какие объяснения? есть стандарные лимиты не требующие справок и суммы, при которых нужны справки, есть внутрибанковские лимиты на месяц/год/квартал. на уточнения кассир отвечает крайне грубо "если вы лучше знаете, может и будете работать" и т.д. крайне не рекомендую, через дорогу у ВШЭ курс лучше, приватные кабинки, электронная очередь и четкие порядки
