Поводом обращение было переустановить пакет программ. Из плюсов- в течение 3 дней была снесена старая винда и установлен стандартный пакет программ. Цена вопроса около 3000 руб. Сам мастер звонил и просил забрать, поскольку у них нет места где хранить. У них маленький офис - 2 сотрудника. Теперь явные минусы.При ремонте ноутбука были удалены все файлы, в том числе личные фотографии. За восстастановление этих самых фотографий запросили около 50000 руб. Не рекомедую обращатся в данный сервис. После данной фирмы , вам придется искать другого мастера.

Ужасный сервисный центр. Вместо 45 дней, прописанных в договоре, чинили мой ноутбук около 2,5 месяцев. Когда звонила и спрашивала, когда я смогу его забрать. Мне говорили: 1. Вы не туда попали, звоните по другому номеру. 2. Да-да-да, мы вам перезвоним через полчаса. И звонков не поступало. Когда я наконец-то смогла его забрать, с него зачем-то сняли плёнку (ремонт затрагивал только нижнюю часть ноута), под экраном появился воздушный ПУЗЫРЬ (!), впарили мне вместо моего оригинального провода от ноута, какое-то китайское фуфло. Мне, конечно, предложили его оставить и разобраться с вопросом, но с такими сроками я отказалась. Когда я отказалась, мне предложили написать жалобу в их головной офис, что я, конечно же, сделала. Но обратного звонка я так и не получила. Товарищи, найдите лучше другой сервисный центр. Абсолютно ЛЮБОЙ, но не этот.

Сочувствую. Со мною тоже поступили не порядочно в этом месте. Очень жаль что я не обратила внимание сразу, что, в этот центр даже мужчины приходили группами чтобы отстоять свои права в конце, при получении техники из ремонта.
