Обратились в данную компанию для приобретении жд билетов. В первую очередь сотрудник не уведомил о размере комиссии до начала оформления билетов, комиссия составила 45 % от стоимости жд билетов (стоимость билетов - 10 000 руб. комиссия - 4500 руб.). А самое худшее, что сотрудник компании который представился директором данной компании, по своей невнимательности оформила билеты на 1 день раньше планируемой даты поездки. Учитывая что поездка должна была состоятся на следующий день, после оформления билетов, а фактически мы обнаружили ошибку в день покупки билетов за 4 ч до отправки поезда. В итоге сотрудник компании признал свою ошибку, но отказался возвращать комиссию за ошибочно оформленные билеты, не говоря уже о стоимости самих билетов, так как вернуть их уже было нельзя. В связи с чем, мы понесли дополнительные траты на проживание и проезда. Данную компанию не рекомендую, для покупки авиа и жд билетов. Я согласен, что человеческий фактор никто не отменял, но люди не хотят нести ответственности за свои ошибки.
