Офис самовывоза оптики расположен в пяти минутах ходьбы от метро в обычном бизнес-центре. Внутри есть пропускная система. Оплачивать заказ можно на месте картой. Несколько раз приобретала здесь линзы, цена ниже рынка, ошибок в заказах не допускали. В целом, клиентоориентированы, но на просьбу ускорить на день оформление заказа ответили отказом, ссылаясь на то, что заказ на складе уже сделан и сегодня дозаказ делать не будут. В чем проблема иметь небольшой запас продукции для более оперативной обработки заказа?

Заказывала здесь оправу, очень хотелось индивидуальную модель, осoбенного цвета. Все сделали быстро, качественно и красиво, ношу теперь с удовoльствием. Кстати Оптимист выбрала давно, периoдически пoкупаю тут очки и аксессуары к ним. Все очень нравится, как постоянный пoкупатель имею привилегии и скидки.
