Была записана на приём к гинекологу Щетининой Ю. С на 15.12.22 г на 15.15 в начале декабряС утра в день приёма поступил звонок от администратора данной клинике, о том что аппарат Узи на техобслуживании, перезаписали на субботу (17.12.22 на 13.30). Я пришла за 30 мин до назначенного времени, велели ожидать. В 13.40 я уточнила на ресепшена, прием задерживается хотя должен был начаться 10мин назад, да, ответили мне. В 14.05 я уточнила примет ли меня сегодня доктор, потому что прошло уже 35мин, н а что администратор развела руками и пожала плечами. Хотя работает клиника до 14.00 по субботам. Я ушла, в 14.15 так и не дождавшись приёма. В такой ситуации оказалась впервые, хотя посещаю много разных клиник. В этой (Оптималмед) была впервые. Зачем тогда существует запись? У пациентов тоже есть дела, я потратила час своего времени впустую. Очень жаль конечно, я разочарованна. Никогда не посоветую данную клинику никому. – показать
