Сделала заказ 01.07.20, сказали ждать 10 дней, вам позвонят и сообщат о готовности заказа. 09.07 позвонили и сказали, ваш заказ готов можете забрать его в Планете, была на работе сама не смогла заехать, попросила мужа, приехав в Планету заказа не было, сказали что он в СитиМолле, поехал туда и там его не оказалось, я позвонила в единую справочную, девушка сообщила что заказ точно пришёл, вот только уточнить где он именно и сразу позвонит! Почему сразу нельзя было точно сказать где находится заказ, зачем нужны были матания из магазина в магазин!!! По итогу оператор не перезвонила, на мои звонки никто не отвечал! И лишь 12.07 позвонили и сказали, что заказ ожидает в СитиМолле. По итогу конфликт был урегулирован, спасибо администратору, что оперативно решила этот вопрос.
