Отличная оптика. Обратились по рекомендации знакомых и не пожалели. Выбирали очки двоим детям, консультант Анна Сорокина выслушала пожелания каждого, дети остались довольны. Огромный плюс что за доплату можно получить готовые очки через час.

Специально приехали именно в эту оптику, но очень разочаровались обслуживанием. К нам не подошел никто из консультантов, пришлось обратиться самостоятельно к Марии Петровой. Данный консультант, жуя жвачку, надменно общалась, предлагала очки не по нашему запросу, не давала ничего выбирать, показывала только самые дорогие варианты. Ощущение было, что она старается поскорее нас спровадить. Разумеется ничего не купили, так ещё и остался очень неприятный осадок. Просили не черные очки, но она показывала в основном черные. В итоге заказали очки в другой оптике, с более клиентоориентированным обслуживанием.
