Не понравилось посещение этого места. Обратились в связи с тем, что конкретного специалиста по подбору очков рекомендовал офтальмолог. Странности начинаются с попытки записаться: рассказывают, что к врачу запись на две недели вперед, но если освободится «окошко», то сразу перезвонят. Разумеется, никто не перезвонил, ради интереса, набрал сам ещё раз - говорят приезжайте завтра, назначили время. А как же две недели? Когда приехали, поняли, что ажиотаж с записью - фикция. В салоне ни одного человека, врачи скучают. Пока бы там были, никто так и не зашел - ни до, ни после нас никакой очереди. Странное оформление - сразу пытаются вытащить все персональные данные для некой «карты», я что, в поликлинике? Удовлетворились одним номером телефона. Сам подбор очков не понравится - все быстро, бегом, толком не дают понять ощущения, буквально по секунде на каждый вариант. На вопросы либо не отвечают, либо односложно, так и читается «не буду я вам за 1500 рублей ещё и рассказывать что-то». Пытались по результатам заказать очки, тоже все мутно - не рассказывают ничего, какие линзы, чем хуже и лучше остальных и так далее, в итоге ушли ни с чем. Отношение далеко от клиентоориентированности и хочется быстрее убежать.
