Ужасная оптика. Год назад сделали ребенку очки довольно дорогие. Через пол года отламывается дужка, принесла на ремонт. Гарантия всего месяц. Оказывается, что они их не меняют и надо заказывать новую оправу. Хотя нужно открутить болтик и поставить новую и всё. Не хотят видимо заниматься ремонтом, выгоднее конечно впарить новую оправу или очки. Заказала новую дужку на озон, сделала сама. Отношение очень высокомерное и безучастное у персонала.

Обратился со срочной проблемой, нужно было заменить лески на очках, позвонил на горячую линию, быстро сориентировали и сказали что можно сразу подьехать. На месте встретила очень отзывчивая администратор, все быстро оформили и буквально за короткое время качественно заменили сразу две лески на очках, плюсом ещё подкрутили винты, за что отдельное спасибо. Очень доволен обслуживанием и качеством работы, быстро аккуратно и профессионально, рекомендую.
