Пришел в салон купить солнцезащитные очки. Спасибо консультантам, которые подсказали, помогли выбрать очень классную оправу.

Пришли сюда с сестрой подобрать ей новую оправу для очков. Простояли у стоек минут 15-20 и за это время ни один (!) консультант даже не предложил свою помощь. В это время кроме нас ещё было человека 2 клиентов и около 4х сотрудников! Уточню, что на стойках все оправы закрыты на ключ и их нельзя примерить без консультанта! Можно только смотреть. В какой-то момент я заметила что девушка за столом на меня пристально смотрит. Но подойти помочь видимо боится))) Очень и очень неприятная ситуация. Сестра у меня совсем стеснительная и сказала, что не надо звать, раз они сами не подходят. Впечатление испорчено. Знала бы, что так будет, пошли бы в другой салон. Я уже несколько лет клиент Оптик сити. В салонах на Отрадном, на Тульской, на проспекте Мира - все отлично, сотрудники вежливые, отзывчивые. (Хожу в них, т.к. близко к работе и дому) Но сейчас этот салон был ближе. Были 24 ноября в районе 12 часов.

Все остальные были покупатели, просто без верхней одежды. Сожалеем, что огорчили вас. С консультантами проведена беседа о более эффективном взаимодействии с входящими клиентами.

Обращался в Оптик Сити за покупкой моих первых очков по показаниям офтальмолога. Быстро и грамотно подобрали и линзы, и оправу. Приятно, когда при обращении получаешь качественную услугу.
