Хотелось бы выразить огромную благодарность работнику оптики на Тульской по имени Артур. Человек не просто отлично владеет квалифицированными знаниями, но еще и искренне хочет помочь. Благодаря Артуру выяснилось, что моей дочери неправильно произвели проверку зрения, а именно не проверили на расширенный зрачок (не закапывали глаза). Для оформления корректного рецепта на очки, Артур порекомендовал проверить зрение у них в оптике, что мы и сделали. В результате рецепт на очки отличался от того, который выписали в поликлинике. И прием у врача Эстрина А. Г. В оптике тоже отличался по качеству, после которого у меня не осталось сомнений насчет точности рецепта. Однозначно буду рекомендовать Оптик-Сити на Тульской, в особенности консультанта Артура. Давно не встречала таких людей настолько неравнодушных к своим клиентам 👍🏼
