Низкая скорость, конские цены, постоянные перебои. Бонусом матерящийся установщик. Ощущение, что дают на лапу нашей УК, т.к. нет других провайдеров в доме, кому мы только не писали. На старой квартире был МГТС с 500мб за 500р тех работы велись ночью, о них предупреждали заранее, и даже во время тех работ, интернет работал!!! Здесь у оптикома 50мб за 500р- В 10 РАЗ НИЖЕ СКОРОСТЬ, ЗА ТЕ ЖЕ ДЕНЬГИ, интернет вырубают когда хотят, это отвратительно!! P.S. тут некоторые пишут "не слушайте никого" и "пользуюсь всего неделю, все хорошо" в одном отзыве, так вот я допллняю отзыв спустя 2 года, он все так же отвратителен. Что происходит? Упала скорость, а замерить я ее не могу, т.к. сайт speedtest грузится уже 5 минут Дополняю еще через пару лет, все так же плохо. На этот раз второй месяц не можем пополнить счет по ссылке на сайте. В мессенджере никто не отвечает. По "круглосуточному" телефону просто сбрасывают трубку первые 10 звонков. Теперь вот слушаю мерзкую музыку и что я 2ая в очереди уже 15 минут. Убила час времени, что-бы узнать, чтобы узнать, что оплачивать нужно через приложение сбера и только. Ооооочень сложно обновить информацию на сайте. Там все еще висит старая ссылка

Самый ужасный провайдер с которым сталкивался Сначала переносят выезд монтажника на 11 дней Потом монтажник просто не приезжает и оправдывается какими-то нелепыми оправданиями Клиентский отдел просто 10 минут не отвечает на звонок Просто стыд и позор ,не знаю как вообще эта контора ,которая по видимому только веники вязать и может, еще существует

Единственная компания, которая согласилась за разумную цену провести мне лично в квартиру интернет, так как провайдеров в доме на тот момент не было. Пользуюсь уже 6 лет, никаких нареканий. Связь пропадает крайне редко (за 6 лет можно пересчитать по пальцам одной руки). Цена адекватная, скорость честная.
