Качество топлива отвратительное. Бензин ужасный, дизель зимой летний.

Уважаемый клиент! На данных АЗС проводятся проверки качества топлива со стороны ООО «Газпромнефть-Лаборатория». При каждом приеме партии нефтепродуктов на АЗС качество топлива проверяется на отсутствие механических примесей и воды, из автоцистерны отбирается контрольная проба, которая хранится на АЗС до полной реализации всей партии. Сертификаты соответствия реализуемого топлива находятся на АЗС, в случае необходимости Вы можете ознакомиться с данной информацией.

Заправлялся утром 22 ноября. Не знаю какого качества бензин, но обслуживание не очень. Заправщик сидит внутри павильона АЗС, оператор вообще ни слова ни здравствуйте ни до свидания. Может конечно утром они не выспались, ну дак вообще значит закройте свою заправку и спите.

Мы с Вами полностью согласны, персонал, и правда, мог поступить более профессионально в данной ситуации. Руководство заверило нас, что информация была точно доведена и понята работниками АЗС. Надеемся, что Ваше мнение о нас не полностью изменится из-за данного инцидента. Просим прощения еще раз! Если возникает такие ситуации, то Вы всегда можете обратиться к управляющему АЗС, который сможет на месте решить ситуацию.

Бардак.Карты» Лукойл «не принимают, естественно баллы не начисляются, в акциях не учавствуешь.Что за ерунда?Везде по России карты Лукойл принимаютЮ а в Костроме нет.Бред.
