11.12.2019г. я заказал через интернет магазин МТС сотовый телефон nokia 2720, самовывоз из салона по адресу - МО, г. Одинцово, ул. Можайское ш. д. 71. В этот же день, я приехал его оплатить и забрать, назвал менеджеру Максиму (если я не ошибаюсь) номер интернет заказа, он достал со склада телефон и сказал, что обязательно необходимо приобрести сим карту. Я ему объяснил, что сим карта мне не нужна и мне просто нужен мой заказ, на что менеджер ответил, что без покупки сим карты не сможет выдать интернет заказ, такие правила и он ничего поделать не может. Ввиду срочной необходимости приобретения именно этого телефона, я был вынужден оплатить новую сим карту - 250р., сразу написал заявление на расторжение договора на оказание услуг связи, при этом менеджер заверил меня, что 250р. вернутся мне на карту. 18.12 мне приходит СМС, что денежные средства не вернутся, т.к. их там нет. В момент покупки я оставил жалобу в книге жалоб и предложений, однако руководство офиса со мной так и не связалось. Мне звонили из отдела по контролю качества, я описал всю ситуацию, обещали разобраться, но также пропали. P.S. Также мне приходило сообщение, что интернет заказ я не забрал и он мне больше не доступен. Видимо продавец решил реализовать товар самостоятельно, при этом дополнительно выполняя план по продаже новых комплектов.
