Да, знаю это место. Весьма удобно. Потому что практически никогда нет очередей да и курс обмена вполне приемлемый. Всегда можно после работы купить продукты и поменять валюту если это нужно.

Из плюсов - относительно высокие цены при приемке валюты. Минусы. Очень долго оформляются документы при покупке валюты. При продаже - быстрее. Приемщик, не обращая внимания на клиентов, треплется по телефону, и немало. По рабочим вопросам или нет - это сказать не могу. Неудачный перерыв на обед, попадал пару раз. Хоть и недолгий по времени (полчаса), но неприятно в него угодить.

Шамиль Абзеев, добрый день! Согласно утвержденному режиму работы подразделений Банка, кассовое окно может быть закрыто на запланированный перерыв. Трудовое законодательство требует предоставлять работникам специальные перерывы, требование же об исключении технического перерыва является нарушением Трудового законодательства (ст. 108 ТК РФ). Сожалеем о том, что Вам пришлось ожидать больше времени, чем Вы рассчитывали, и приносим извинения за возможно доставленные неудобства. Благодарим Вас за отзыв, будем рады видеть Вас в офисах Банка!
