Дом благоустроен, двор тоже. На придомовой территории работают дворники и другие сотрудники, наводят красоту и порядок. На 1 этаже в подъезде за красотой и порядком следит консьержка. Платежки небольшие, суммы считаю приемлемыми.

В доме нет никого постороннего, консьержка осуществляет надзор за порядком в подъезде, следит за пользованием лифтов. Смотрит, кто заходит в дом, кто выходит. Благодаря ей считаю у нас происходит мало порчи имущества и фактов хищения. Компания занимается обработкой заявок, если мы их отправляем им. Благоустройство приемлемое, я довольна.
