Ужасно обслуживание. Не советую никому доверять этой компании. Бестолковый менеджер, который не знает базовых вещей, что такое клиентоориентированность, сервис и грамотное обслуживание своих клиентов! Очень надеялась на эту типографию. Отдала менеджеру заказ 15 октября. 21 октября сама звоню узнавать статус заказа, а его оказывается даже и не брали в работу, обосновав тем, что якобы нужна была предоплата, по которой не было никакой информации, как у них происходит весь процесс и, по моим файлам им было не все понятно, но никто мне не позвонил, не уточнил ни одной детали и не запросил подтверждение. Не было извинений за предоставленные неудобства, а лишь обвинения в адрес клиента!
