В компанию обратились в конце лета прошлого года, за постройкой каменного домика на дачном участке. В целом условия нас полностью устроили, на работу был подписан договор, а после велась работа на протяжении около 8-ми месяцев. Сразу было видно, что работу ведут профессионалы своего дела, которые имеют опыт работы в данной сфере. Конечный результат нас порадовал, замечаний как таковых у нас нет.

У меня есть достаточно просторный загородный дом, который я приобрел несколько лет назад. Но, до сих пор, не было гаража. Когда приезжал из города, то машину приходилось оставлять просто во дворе. В этом году решил, наконец-то, приступить к строительству каменного гаража. Для выполнения этой работы обратился в строительную компанию "Тимстрой" (ИНН 5003100838). Понравилось, что компания уже не первый год занимается строительство, к тому же мои друзья уже обращались сюда чтобы построить дом и остались довольны результатом работы. Работой руководил непосредственно Тимур Илькаев - опытный руководитель и строитель. Стоимость работ оказалась вполне адекватной, даже ниже чем у аналогичных компаний. Так же к плюсам компании можно отнести наличие у них своей специальной техники, адекватных и трезвых строителей, которые работали в фирменной спец одежде. Мне помогли выбрать проект гаража. Заказал каменный гараж с ямой. После подписания договора строители приступили к работе. Первоначально был выполнен фундамент, строительство производилось только из высококачественных материалов. Работа была выполнена очень качественно и достаточно оперативно. Доволен результатом.
