Вчера столкнулся с данной компанией ни как заказчик, а как невольный свидетель ее работы. Компания осуществляла работу по очистке краев крыши административного здания МФЦ «Мои документы» (бывший детский глазной центр) по адресу Удальцова дом 14, 14.12.2016 года. Здание вплотную прилегает к жилому дому, а конкретнее к первому подъезду. Сотрудник ООО «Теплохолода» не долго думая взял и скинул снег и глыбы льда на крыльцо подъезда. Снега оказалось так много, что по началу не возможно было вообще открыть подъездную дверь, не говоря о том, что все ступеньки были просто засыпаны. В подъезде живет очень много пожилых людей и семей с детьми. Многие просто не могли подняться по ступенькам, так как это было опасно, в любой момент соскользнуть и упасть. Сотрудник, который очищал края крыши, в хамской форме отреагировал на просьбу убрать с крыльца снег, а если говорить честно, то просто послал куда подальше. Я нашел телефон данной организации, дозвонился до главного инженера (Владимир Петрович Гнусов), который извинился и обещал решить данную проблему, а так же наказать сотрудника за такую работу и поведение. Итог: 15.12.2016 утром я вышел на работу. Глыбы люда и снега как лежали на крыльце подъезда, так и остались лежать. За ночь их еще приморозило, и бедный дворник их пытался отбить при помощи лома. Очень печально, что даже ответственные лица данной компании не держат своего слова, что тогда уже говорить о рабочих. Как говориться рыба гниёт с головы, что подтверждает данная ситуация. Руководству просто наплевать на все, а сотрудники чувствуют свою безнаказанность. Безразличие и безнаказанность порождает хамство и безумие – это страшно!
