30 октября произвели перезаключение договора с собственника квартиры на проживающего, в настоящее время собственнику квартиры выставили долг за 3 месяца, хотя проживающий оплатил за год вперед. Домофон отключат и кому его отключат? Прям, парадокс, как можно на одну квартиру при наличии одного домофона за услугу выставлять дважды? Дозвонилась. Новый договор не нашли, в базе его нет, оплата внесена была наличкой, требуют платежное подтверждение и договор. Свой экземпляр обещают из"ять из архива в течение месяца. На кого пошел платеж за год за домофон? Что за бардак!

Отключили домофон хотя на счёт 120 рублей и такая же плата за месяц. Хотя б смс скинуть можно без предупреждения написала им в вайбер тишина пока. Я в шоке

пр-т Ленина 49. Плату за домофон внесли в квитанции по квартплате якобы на основании проведеного собрания жильцов дома и общего собрания. На просьбу предъявить протокол собрания или копию - отказали сказав что все документы в Хантах. Жильцы в полном недоумении - а когда же было собрание? Согласно одобренному договору кроме ежемесячной платы все ремонты домофона происходят за счет жильцов не зависимо от причин неисправности домофона. Кнопки срабатывают через3-5 раз.

оплату произвожу за год наперед. Так мне. пенсионерке удобнее..Вот и позвонила в ТДМ узнать не изменилась ли оплата и сколько должна? Проинформировали. Проплатила 19.02.20г.1400р.. 22..02. 20г.обнаружила отключение домофона.25.12.20года звоню в чем дело? Она мне отвечает:яко бы была задолженность и по договору я должна платить ежемесячно.НЕ БРЕД ЛИ? Были моменты когда домофон не работал... я ведь не бежала писать на перерасчет Прошу человечности и внимательного подхода к разны ситуациям. Из за этой... мадамы......оценка сама низкая .
