В этом году с компанией Строя вступили в сотрудничество. Решили построить себе хороший дачный коттедж. Дача наша находится в 30-ти километрах от МКАД'а. В принципе, с компанией изначально сложились довольно хорошие отношения. Когда обратились, нам менеджер по телефону все довольно подробно объяснил. После чего, в удобный для нас день приехал руководитель Андрей и прораб Дмитрий. Мы с ними все обсудили, сказали какой хотим дом, чтобы нам его построили. Они нам дали своих советов, мы подумали, все взвесили и пришли к соглашению. После чего уже подписали договор и приступили к строительству. На данный момент сам дом уже построен, но отсутствует внутренняя отделка, ждем усадки. Качеством построенного сейчас дома мы вполне довольны, трещин в брусе совсем мало. Никаких «ужасов» типа выворота бруса, разъехавшихся стен. Честно, думали, что будет хуже, но ребята отнеслись к работе очень серьезно. Еще хочу сказать, что во время строительства дома никаких проблем не возникало и мы ничего не переплачивали, как это часто бывает с другими компаниями. В сроки ребята укладываются, в которые обещали, это тоже большой плюс, хотя с таким качеством дома мы бы и подождали если что. Цены в компании довольно разумные. Рекомендую к сотрудничеству.

Не так давно закончилась стройка дачного домика, из профилированного бруса, которую мы заказывали у данной компании. Хотим сказать, что конечным результатом мы остались более чем довольны, качеством постройки остались более чем довольны, поскольку над этим работали действительно профессионалы своего дела. Нам осталось сделать только отделку, но этим мы займёмся сами.
