Здравствуйте! В 2009г. по заманчивой рекомендации сотрудника Сити банка Ковалева Дмитрия оформила 3 страховки на себя и на детей. Как сотрудником Сити банка Дмитрием, так и менеджером страховой компании СивЛайф Мариной, была заверена в том, что при возникновении форс-мажорных обстоятельств, а именно тяжелое семейное положение, в случае болезни меня либо детей, я смогу в любой момент по заявлению расторгнуть договор и забрать только свои деньги назад. Случилось так, что я осталась одна с двумя больными детьми на руках, и соответственно была вынужденна обратиться в страховую компанию. К моему великому сожалению через 2 года после того, как мною было внесено 260000 т.р., при обращении в страховую компанию расторгнуть хотя бы один договор и вернуть мне деньги, я получила ОТКАЗ.Сотрудники компании на мои уговоры и прошения помочь мне и моим детям, так как я с двумя детьми осталась без средств на существование, вообще никак не отреагировали. Присвоили безвозвратно мои 260000 т.р., и дальше продолжают привлекать доверчивых граждан в свой ЛОХОТРОН и грабить!!! Украденные у моих детей деньги вам впрок не пойдут!!!БОГ ВАМ СУДЬЯ!!!

Компания CivLife игнорирует вопросы клиентов, демонстрируя превосходство и наплевательство. Типично американский цинизм к низшей нации. Попала в кабалу по собственной вине, поверив менеджеру и проплатив взносы до подписания и ознакомления с договором.

Развод с сити-защита, для держателей кредитных карт в сити банке. Когда уговаривают на страховку, говорят что страховой случай это больничный по ЛЮБОЙ ПРИЧИНЕ сроком более 15 дней. У меня наступил страховой случай, дочь сломала ногу - больничный 20 дней. - послали далеко и надолго - говорят не подходит.
