У меня тоже есть положительный опыт сотрудничества с Сити-Недвижимость. Также нужна была квартира, но поближе к центру. С помощью риэлтора агентства - Артема Закирова удалось арендовать 1-комн. кв. за 35 тыс. Просторную, с отличным расположением и ремонтом. На агентство вышла случайно. Думала, что в столице все хотят только денег, поэтому невнимательны к качеству. Это агентство мне в очередной раз доказало обратное - чуткость к запросам и пожеланиям клиента.

Буквально во вторник прошлой недели я подала заявку в это агентство и некоторые другие на срочный поиск 1-комн. квартиры в районе Выхино-Жулебино. Сказала, какая цена меня устраивает от 20-25 тыс. руб. Большую сумму тратить на съем считаю неразумным. Многие агентства начали уговаривать на сумму от 30 тыс. и говорили, что за меньшую сумму я найду только в области и то под большим вопросом. В отличие от них в агентстве СИТИ-Недвижимость агент-Евгений сразу начал искать квартиру по заданным параметрам и не стал уговаривать меня на др. суммы или др. районы. Отличная позиция! В этот же день он выслал мне фото 2 вариантов квартир. На след. день, т.е. в среду мы пошли смотреть квартиры. Я сразу остановила свой выбор на 1 квартире и 2-ую даже смотреть не стала. Мне всё подошло. В этой квартире оказалось всё,что нужно для комфортного проживания для семьи с ребенком. Такой же положительный опыт работы с данным агентством был и у моего брата. Собственно по этой причине я обратилась сюда. Отличное агентство! Желаю Вам развития и процветания!
