Врач прописал мне достаточно дорогое лекарство. Звонила в разные ближайшие аптеки - везде трубку брали, у вас нет. Звонки совершала с разным промежутком времени. Была настойчива, так как в вашей аптеке была цена на это лекарство приемлемая. Не дождавшись звонка оформила заказ на сайте. Пришло письмо на почту с номером заказ и с информацией, что ждать не придется и лекарство имеется в наличии. Решила не медлить и пошла сразу выкупать. От оформления до "выкупа" прошло не более часа. Прихожу в аптеку, называю номер заказа, а в ответ слышу много фраз: "А вы точно заказ этого лекарства делали? А вам точно приходило письмо, что заказ можно забрать?". На всё это мой ответ был "Да" и подтвержден открытым письмом на почте. Спустя минут 10 мне говорят: "Ой, до вас тут была покупательница и ей точно такое же лекарство нужно было. Больше его не осталось. Ну, вы можете подождать 3-5 дней и оно снова поступит к нам". Нет! Я аннулировала заказ и купила в другой аптеке, несмотря на цену! Если лекарство закончилось, так сложно предупредить клиента? Мало ли откуда я к вам ехала за ним. Да и вообще, попробуйте на сайте указывать ТОЧНОЕ количество препаратов, которое имеется на данный момент в аптеке. Спасибо! Больше не обращусь к вам!
