Закупали школьные принадлежности в магазине в Новокосино, вышло на общую сумму около 4000 руб. большое количество наименований (ручки, тетрадки и т.д.). На кассе была кассир Елена Винидикта. Она пробила все наши покупки (заняло немало времени) и только после этого сказала, что карты к оплате мы не принимаем, бегите в соседний дом в банкомат. Мы побежали в банкомат и вернулись через 2 минуты, и какое было удивление, что она уже пробивает других на этой же кассе, сбросив все наши покупки, хотя рядом стояла вторая касса и был второй кассир. Мы были возмущены, т.к. пришлось заново пробивать все товары, а от кассира не было ни то что извинений, она только огрызалась на нас, считая, что мы не люди, раз оплачиваем картой. Просим срочно принять меры и уволить данного сотрудника за отвратительный сервис и неумение общаться с клиентами. В этот магазин больше ни ногой и всем остальным не советуем!

19 апреля 2014 моей 15-летней дочери спешно понадобился дырокол, который и был срочно приобретен в "Шаге к пятерке" на ул. Красный Казанец, вл. 18 (м.Выхино). На рукояти была царапина, но это не важно. Главное товар оказался бракованным: одна сторона не пробивала. 22 апреля вечером по пути с работы пошел обменять товар. Администратор меня, 60-летнего человека, обвинила в том, что я испортил дырокол ценой в паршивые 117 рублей и пришел его в жульническом порядке обменять. Выслушивать вздорные обвинения не стал. Дырокол вместе с чеком оставил администратору безвозмездно. Ноги моей больше там не будет ( и другим не советую!)
