К сожалению, акриловый вкладыш в ванну, который был установлен у нас в октябре 2014 года, на днях (июль 2017) дал трещину. Эксплуатировался все это время так, как обычно эксплуатируются ванны, ничего экстремального с ним не делали. В бумаге, которую нам дали, написано, что срок эксплуатации изделия 15-20 лет. Соответственно, дело в том, что он был установлен некачественно. Теперь нам нужно опять потратить кучу денег и времени, чтобы поставить новый вкладыш, а еще не прошло и трех лет!!! Это возмутительно!

Трещины и царапины на поверхности акрила - результат механического воздействия на материал, соответственно у Вас на лицо результат не правильной эксплуатации ванной. Скорее всего что-то тяжёлое упало в ванну, вследствие чего образовалась трещина. Это не является гарантийным случаем, тем более гарантийный срок (1 год) у Вас уже закончился. У акрила, действительно, гарантированный срок эксплуатации около 15-20 лет. Но это при условии, что ванной пользуются правильно и по назначению. Всего Вам хорошего!

По качеству акрилового вкладыша можете предъявить свои претензии на завод-изготовитель "ИСКОМП", с которым мы напрямую сотрудничаем. При наличии договора и технического паспорта, Ваш случай рассмотрят и примут решение.

Брак в работе мастера (если такой есть) может проявиться в течении первых месяцев, но не первых лет. С трещинами и сколами квалификация мастера никак не связана.
