Офигеть, мы так растроились..! Подарила дочери швейную машинку, открыли, я первая попробовала сшить..., иголки не отпускали ткань, потихоньку пыталась всеми способами вытащить ткань, смотрю на ткани остались 2 конца иголок. Пыталась, что либо найти по этому поводу в инструкции, ничего не сказано, что делать, если ткань застряла и не вылазит из под иголок. Моя дочь так плакала, что ни разу не удалось пошить... Эта игрушка не дешевая, почему не предусмотрено что либо с иголками..?? Что теперь ее выбросить..?? Мы так и не пошили. А если новую купить, где я должна понять и у кого спросить на счет обращения с машиной, а если в ней снова иглы застрянут... Я попробовала побывать на сайте этих игрушек, так я там даже отзывов или книги жалоб не нашла, не говоря уже о телефоне. Жалко ребенка..

На мой взгляд, лучшая оптовая компания по продаже игрушек! Огромный ассортимент самых лучших торговых марок: Lego, Aurora, Zapf, Baby Born.. Любой знаком с этими популярнейшими брендами в сфере игрушек. Поставки всегда точно в срок, никакого брака или игрушек не товарного вида. Менеджеры всегда любезно предоставят необходимую информацию. Одним словом, САКС игрушки - профессионалы в области оптовой продажи игрушек.

Со стороны компании нет никакой обратной связи. Для сотрудничества необходимо заполнить форму на сайте с контактными данными и целью обращения, которая направляется на рассмотрение. При этом ответ вы получите только в случае, если вы их заинтересуете, в противном случае, никакого ответа не будет- будете ждать и не понимать, то ли вы их не заинтересовали, то ли заявка еще не рассмотрена. В общем, уровень взаимодействия с потенциальными покупателями как в какой-то мелкой компании, где не особо заботятся о клиентах.
