Оформили заказ на светильники 8 ноября 2018 года, внесли предоплату 100% тк покупали не первый раз. Но в этот раз нас попросту кинули. 29 мая 2019 года написали письмо на возврат средств. Деньги нам не вернули. Светильники не отправили. Директор Жидков Дмитрий сначала просто врал, теперь уже и трубку не поднимает. ООО "СТК" РусСвет", ИНН 7730536291 скорее всего и вас кинут. Связанные компании: ООО "СТК "РУССВЕТ" - ИНН 7730536291 ООО "ТД УЮТНЫЙ СВЕТ" - ИНН 5017112537 ООО "ЛЮКСАР" - ИНН 5017102850 ИП Стаброва Кристина Николаевна - ИНН 501714633780 .Это самое новое ИП видимо на 2019 год. Пишу, чтобы напомнить организациям и частным лицам о том, чтобы ни в коем случае не переводили деньги на данные компании. Возможно с июля прошлого года появились ещё дочернии компании! На данном этапе наша организация получила подтверждение от нескольких пострадавших об участии в подаче коллективного заявления в Прокуратуру и МВД РВ по Истринскому району о возбуждении уголовного дела по ст.159 УК РФ. Обновляю свой предыдущий пост. Наша компания просит очень вниматеьно отнестись к данной информации, чтобы не попасть в ситуацию, в которой оказались мы! Ни в коем случае не переводите деньги!!! Светильников или другого оборудования, а также ВАШИХ ДЕНЕГ у вас не будет. Обратно возврат денег только через суд! СХЕМА РАБОТЫ ПРОСТА - ПОЛУЧИТЬ ДЕНЬГИ, ПООБЕЩАТЬ В КОРОТКИЕ СРОКИ ВЫПОЛНИТЬ ЗАКАЗ И НЕ ВЫПОЛНИТЬ, ССЫЛАЯСЬ НА РАЗЛИЧНЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ. В последствие если вы через суд и судебных приставов получите деньги - это будут деньги последующих "попавших" компаний. А можете попасть на момент, когда очередное ООО закроется и вы никогда не получите свои деньги!!! Обычно эти товарищи не отвечают на звонок, а перезванивают. Необходимо данную контору закрыть, чтобы последующие не попались. Для нас это уже дело принципа.
