Полностью соглашусь с Ольгой. Сложилось ощущение, что в этот банк набирают людей без высшего и малопонимающих в корректности своей работы и русского языка. Пока ты платишь - ты не общаешься с сотрудниками, а стоит что нибудь случиться - так вся прелесть вылезает наружу. Разные сотрудники дают разные ответы на одни и те же вопросы и не знаешь к кому обратиться что бы не попасть впросак. Прямым текстом посылают сразу в "суд", не разбираясь в сути проблемы. Очень не приятные юриста и почему то всех зовут Александры (скорее всего это у них клички).... Полностью оплатила кредит и больше НЕ НОГОЙ В ЭТОТ БАНК!!!!

Банк настолько некорректен и необязателен, что меняет график платежей (который человек видит у себя в инфобанке на их же сайте) и требует так, будто набирает кадры из бывших ЗК. Лексика не включает ни единого всем известного вежливого обращения - даже "пожалуйста". Кричат, приказывают, обзывают так, что у меня второй день предынсульт. Никогда не было такого давления. Вместо того, чтобы разобраться и выяснить причину (а она в ошибке самого банка) и получить спокойно деньги по кредиту (брала потребительский кредит на мебель и сама вчера собиралась после получки в пятницу идти платить часть долга) от лояльного клиента, банк получил больного, который теперь вместо того, чтобы зарабатывать и отдавать деньги, будет долго болеть и всем расссказывыать, какой ужасный банк и увеличивать количество людей, желающих банку скорейшего лишения лицензии и разорения... Молодцы. Потеряли лицо, потеряли клиента, так теряют и все.
