Добираться неудобно, далеко от общественного транспорта. Кругом промзона. Стоянка платная. На личном электротранспорте охрана не пускает, заставляя оставлять на улице, что равнозначно уничтожению вещи. В туалетах бумажные полотенца и туалетная бумага заканчиваются ещё утром, не обновляются. Столовая дорогая Интернет в зависимости от скорости становится дороже.
