Очень долго искали колл центр и остановились на компании ООО Премиум. Впечатление о проделанной работе по первому договору очень положительное, менеджеры глубоко погрузились в проект на этапе подготовки, сами подготовили коммерческое предложение по выбранной нише и показали первые результаты уже через 2 недели работы. Планируем заключить второй договор, при нехватке менеджеров в нашей компании. Оценка данному колл центру только пять баллов!

Внимание! Действуют мошенники. Заказывали холодный поиск клиентов. В течение проекта не получали никакой отчетности, что сразу насторожило. На первом этапе перестал отвечать на письма закрепленный менеджер, потом и на звонки. По окончании проекта дали отчет - "филькину грамоту" - полностью ложная информация. Вместо ЛПР - имена секретарей и операторов. Будем подавать на них в суд и заявление в прокуратуру. Не попадайтесь!
