Благодарю Никиту Красовского за проведенную работу. Все было сделано профессионально и быстро (продажа квартиры). Переговоры с клиентами, показы, подготовка документов, сделка в банке (в своевременно подготовленной переговорной), подписания акта и передача ключей заняли минимум времени с максимально эффективностью. Отдельная благодарность за помощь в переговорах с покупателем (из другого города, когда были определенные неудобства, которые успешно решены). Виталий.

Умирающий ТЦ. Хозяин сдал в аренду первый этаж под рестораны и банки. Остальное так для галочки. Не нужно здание на красной линии.

Второй этаж бутик с сувенирами торгуют фоторамками из латуни и бронзы и еще кучей всякой ерунды(часы,сувениры)-МОШЕННИЦЫ! Откровенные воровки -зашла случайно перед закрытием -купила рамочку из якобы бронзы -отдала продавцу три тысячи рублей тремя бумажками -продавец взяла деньги и зашла за перегородку в салоне -через полминуты выходит и показывает что вместо одной тысячной купюры у неё в руках якобы 50 рублей -что я оказывается вместо тысячи рублей дала ей 50 рублей! Я открыла рот от возмущения -но тут из-за ширмы ко мне вышла еще и хозяйка магазина и две взрослые женщины стали мне в два голоса доказывать что я неправа! Я достала еще одну тысячу отдала этим двум "солидным" воровкам-взяла свою рамочку и в шоке выскочила из этого магазина !!!!! Меня трясло!!!!! Дело даже не в самой сумме -а в факте откровенного обмана наглого-неприкрытого обмана и мошенничества !!!!! ЗА ВСЮ МОЮ ЖИЗНЬ ТАКОЙ СЛУЧАЙ откровенного воровства со стороны продавца -в магазине в центре Москвы -ВПЕРВЫЕ!!!!!!!!
