Занималась оформление заказа супруга на остекление балкона с выносом и отделкой. На замер приехал сам Виталий-директор. Все просчитал и озвучил сумму 125,000 руб. Через 2 недели приехали на установку мастер Сергей. Установка заняла 2 дня, закончили установку на второй день в 22,00. Осмотреть результаты работы не удалось, т.к. было очень грязно и они не убирают, пол положили на строительную грязь. Через три дня, когда были выходные приступил к уборке и тут понеслось. Работа выполнена ужасно. Сам балкон продувается, снаружи сайдинг висит в воздухе, потолок поврежден, панель внутри балкона пробита насквозь. Сделал фото и отправил Виталию чтобы все устранили. Сказал что мне удобно через 2-недели , когда буду выходной я и супруга, т.к. у нас маленький ребенок. На устранение приехали, пришлось разобрать повторно весь балкон. Работы в оговоренный срок не закончили, мне пришлось оставаться одному с ребенком и бегать между ребенком и установщиком, чтобы сделал все как надо. В итоге вымучав ребенка, что он целый день не спал, работы завершил он и уехал. Осматривать мне так же нету времени. Потому что у меня ребенок на руках. После уборки сново косяки. Один подоконник лопнут, а два остальных повреждены + ручка оконная сломана. Повторно звоню Виталию и делаю фото, на что в ответ , а куда Вы смотрели. Меня это очень разозлило. Сказали что устранят как только у них будет время. Не связывайтесь с этой конторой. По факту эти работы могут выполнить братья таджики за меньшие деньги + материал который привезли не самого лучшего качества. Сам после этого проверил цены. Наценка на материал больше 200%. Смету не предоставили при составлении договора.

Оформили заказ на установку пластиковых окон, утепление и отделку лоджии. Работы выполнил мастер аккуратно, со знанием дела. Остались довольны результатом.
