Зайдя в салон, на нас никто не обратил внимание, даже не поздоровались. Все три имеющихся в салоне специалиста общались с девушкой, покупающей очки. Одна из работников подходила вплотную ко мне разложить оправы обратно на витрину, когда я смотрела в этой витрине оправы. Никакой реакции. Прождав несколько минут, ушли в другой салон оптики.

Сегодня моя мама пришла в оптику Визус-Плюс, чтобы починить очки. Мастер отказался делать свою работу, объяснив это тем, что он ест (крикнул из подсобки), даже не удосужившись выйти к клиенту и хотя бы посмотреть на состояние очков и дать какую-либо консультацию. Моя мама (пожилой человек, ветеран войны) дважды ходила к этому невеже, во второй раз он тоже не вышел. У вас в оптике работает самое настоящий хам, который не уважает клиентов, грубит им и ведет себя неподобающим образом. Уважаемая адм инистрация оптики, директора, владельцы, примите меры! – показать
