Вызывали травить насекомых. Заказывали полную комплексную чистку с двойной концентрацией препарата. Пришёл молодой специалист, в защитной одежде, провёл инструктаж, сделал чистку. Сказал, что нужно через две недели повторно обратиться для нового выезда, т. к. с первого раза в нашей ситуации ничего не получится. Обратились, назначили дату выезда. За день позвонили, сказали, что не смогут подъехать и нужно перенести на другую дату. А на другую дату вообще никак не получалось. Тем более, что две недели прошли и затягивать дольше невозможно. Пришлось обратиться в другую организацию, т. к. срок был критичен. Крайне отвратительное отношение к повторным клиентам. А ведь собирались ещё обращаться, и не раз. Да, всё так плохо в квартире.

Заказывали обработку квартиры горячим и холодным туманом. Первая была горячим, клопы полезли ещё больше. Вросую обработку заказали через две недели, приехал мастер с помпой, хотя обещали холодный туман. Заплатили за всё 7800 и положительного результата не принесло. Итог: Сказали одно оборудование, по факту другое. Пользуются дуплетом и аграном (это 4 класс защиты и это значит что он совсем не эффективен в борьбе с клопами). Пожалейте своё время и деньги, не пользуйтесь услугами данной фирмы.
