Работаю в данной компании чуть больше 2х месяцев. Устраивался особо не выбирая, так как хотел попробовать себя в качестве продажника, приобрести опыт в коммуникации. Не прогадал) руководство ставит высокую планку, поэтому по началу пришлось поработать, так поработать... Но постепенно ты начинаешь втягиваться, посещает чувство азарта, отделы соревнуются друг с другом и в конце каждого месяца лидирующей группе (попимо зп и бонусов) выдаются дополнительные ништячки. Еще сейчас ввели дополнительные курсы и тренинги, куда приходят всякие бизнес тренера, иногда даже актеры, театральные организаторы и т.п. Хотя на данном этапе это было всего пару раз, но планируется проводить это на постоянной основе. Короче откровенно не ожидал, что я так просто найду то, что понравится, а тем более в сфере искусства. + местоположение, новый офис, коллектив, походы в театр, белая зп - двоякий момент (работа с 10 до 19), отсутствие холодильника

Дружный молодой коллектив. Постоянно много новых людей. Это шоу-бизнес в конце - концов, отсюда знакомства с актёрами и походы в театр. Коллектив очень дружный. Здесь на вас не будут кричать! Постоянные бонусы, вы зарабатываете, а вам еще и подарки дарят, денежные и не только. У нас поесть пиццу в конце рабочего дня, если вы действительно хорошо поработали, это нормальная практика. Деньги каждый день! Ты просто ставишь себе цель сколько хочешь заработать сегодня, и если делаешь всё правильно, для тебя не существует "не пробиваемых" сумм.
