Мне посоветовали в качестве ремонтного центра данный сервис. Почитав еще и отзывы на сайте этого же центра, которые оказались слишком радужные и позитивные, все же решился отдать в руки опытным, как оказалось потом ошибочно, мастерам свою кофемашину. Моя техника не из дешевых, модель Vitek. Брал за хорошие деньги, чтобы оценить все качество. Очень долго работала кофемашина и не было проблем. Но примерно три месяца назад случилась поломка, потому пришлось что-то делать. Обратившись в этот сервисный центр, я увидел обман как он есть, наглость и то, как наживаются на людях. Во-первых, мне пришлось самому ехать в этот центр обслуживания (который еще и находится непонятно где) и отдавать кофемашину. Мастер долго осматривал и искал проблему, рассказывал, чем нужно было чистить (проблема была не в этом). В конце сказал, что ремонт займет примерно неделю (на что ушло три недели). Оплата была выше, чем в прайс листе. Как результат: долгое ожидание, дешевые запчасти при замене их, некомпетентный персонал сервисного центра. Не рекомендую!

Купил не так давно кофемашину Tiross TS-623. И что-то случилось с ее работой: кофе варился с осадком и непонятный привкус был при этом. Решил отдать в ремонт свою кофемашину. Мало того, что работа мастера была ужасной, так еще и взяли сумму больше, чем договаривались. Также расстроило и то, что сам мастер был не компетентный в данном вопросе (постоянно перезванивал и спрашивал все о починке). В целом, компания, может, и неплохая. Но меня обслужили плохо. Не рекомендую обращаться в данный центр!

Спасибо мастеру Андрею, очень выручил. Пришла в мастерскую со старой кофеваркой саеко. Мастер разобрал, почистил, смазал. Все отлично работает. Рекомендую!

Отличная команда ! Очень доброжелательный персонал! Угостили капучино и мастер сделал машинку при нас! У нас машинка не делала капучино проблему не могли устронить другие сервисы или цена была заоблачная. Здесь устроила цена и качество! Спасибо еще раз ! Удачи вам и процветания!
