Несколько раз обращался в эту фирму с крупными оптовыми заказами для своего бизнеса. В основном, все было гладко, без неприятностей. Но у сотрудников этой компании случались и промахи. Один раз перепутали мой заказ с другим, из-за чего пришлось ждать еще пару дней доставки. В другой раз привезли продукцию, содержащую бракованные изделия (на некоторых подушках были порванные наволочки. Однако, после обращения в компанию, сотрудники извинились и согласились обменять подушки на новые. Так что ставлю 4.

Мы заказывали матрасы для детского сада в компании Маэстро Снов два месяца назад. Очень боялась, что привезут стандартные матрасы, а мы заказывали поменьше для детей. Но когда привезли, обрадовалась, потому что размер был именно такой, какой мы и просили. Спасибо, детишки довольны, в общем, 5 баллов из 5, даже придраться не к чему .
