Развод на деньги (соглашусь с одним из предыдущих комментариев). То же самое: приехал мастер, сделал, уехал, - кондиционер поработал полчаса и заглох. Приехал повторно мастер, сказал, что что-то там забыл сделать - его вина; исправил, уехал - прошло полчаса, и кондиционер опять заглох. Больше недели никто не приезжает, не перезванивает, на мои звонки отвечают "мастер перезвонит через 3, 5... минут", и никто не перезванивает... Так что, ни "гарантийного" ремонта за только что оказанные услуги ненадлежащего качества, ни возврата средств. Дальше - только Роспотребнадзор. Операторы - хамки. Как будто звонишь в Советский союз худшего образца. Почта России - эталон качества по сравнению с Леон Групп. Берегите свои деньги и время.

Всё-таки удалось договориться о третьем визите. К сожалению, проблема восстановления работоспособности кондиционера не решена. Отправлен запрос на возврат ранее выплаченных средств. Ожидаю возврата.

Уважаемый клиент! Мастер к вам приезжал и в первый, и во второй, и третий раз. Кондиционер у вас работает исправно, не совсем понятно зачем вы пишите, что он "заглох". С ваших слов и по факту приездов нашего специалиста, кондиционер работает, идет отключение УЗО после выключения самого кондиционера. Вам неоднократно говорилось, что нужно заменить счеток который идет на кондиционер, он не исправен!! Ремонт ЭМУ действительно произведен, но эта поломка является следствием неисправности счетка. Рекомендуем обратиться к электрику по месту жительства, для замены счетка и решения данной проблемы, такие работы мы к сожалению не производим, а занимаемся исключительно климатической техникой.Запрос на возврат денежных средств вам оформлен. Хамства от нашей компании не поступало, в отличии от ваших угроз. С Уважением администрация компании.
