Обращалась в Группу компаний Ресторель уже дважды. Сначала простой заказ - обивка сидений чешских стульев. Получилось хорошо, выглядят лучше новых. Потом отдавала в реставрацию резной антикварный столик. Сложная работа выполнена великолепно!! Удобно то, что забирают и привозят мебель своими силами. Директор компании очень интересный, увлеченный своей работой человек. Собираюсь снова обращаться в эту компанию с реставрацией разной мебели.

Являясь автором критического отзыва о работе компании Рестотель от 06.12.12, хочу дать комментарии к своему замечанию. Моя история со стульями закончилась, странным образом хорошо. После опубликования моего письма, мне позвонил директор "Рестотель" г-н Феофанов лично и был очень удивлен этой историей. Сам он, оказывается, даже не видел эту мебель, (поскольку доставку мне осуществляли сразу напрямую с производства, где производилась сборка из комплектующих)потому и предлагал реставратора, думая, что стулья просто получили повреждения при доставке. Г-н Феофанов принес мне свои извинения и поблагодарил меня за эту жалобу на компанию, поскольку это явилось подтверждением плохой работы сотрудников, работающих с клиентами. За этим последовало их увольнение. Спасибо г-ну Феофанову, мне вернули мои деньги без всяких проволочек и забрали эти стулья. Я понимаю, что сам директор лично не может и, наверное, не должен проверять всю мебель на предмет качества. Надеюсь, что чистка персонала компании "Рестотель" принесет свои плоды, а руководитель будет более внимателен при подборе кадров.
