Сделал заказ товара через интернет- магазин с доставкой 07.04.2019г. и произвёл 100% оплату. Прошло 2 дня - тишина. В течение 1 недели звонил сам, узнавал состояние заказа, постоянно оператор предлагал оставить мою заявку некоему специалисту, который мне перезвонит и даст полный ответ по статусу моего заказа. По состоянию на 16.04.2019г., мне никто не позвонил, никогда за неделю телефонных разговоров передо мной не извинились. Похожее отношение характерно для шараш-контор, а не как для транснациональной компании, буду писать негативный отзыв в Германию, в WINNENDEN.

Хороший магазин, всегда большой выбор техники по несколько моделей. Так сказать на любой кошелек можно найти. Да и консультанты у Керхер прошаренные, могут всякие хитрости подсказать.

Были с мужем в розничном магазине Karcher и не пожалели ни на минуту! Сервис просто отличный, о клиентах заботятся и думают. И, что немаловажно, продавцы действительно понимают в технике, которую продают, говорят о ней со знанием дела и вообше произвели очень хорошее впечатление на нас. Брали пылесос, моющий, нам помогли подобрать и в итоге взяли ровно то, что надо было! Ребенок аллергик, ему важно чтобы не было пыли и шерсти (кот у нас). Нам посоветовали пылесос с фильтром водяным, который спец иально против аллергенов или вроде того. И вот даже по результату видно, что хороший. Приступов нет практически. А это самое главное. Спасибо! – показать
