Сервис понравился. Главное достоинство в том, что огромное количество запчастей и расходников всегда в наличии. Очень удобно и экономит кучу времени. Существует система скидок. Ремонт качественный. Рекомендую.

Сервис не плохой, с именем. Механики вроде на опыте. Был впервые. Не понравилось что пытаются развести на каждый чих. При ремонте досканально проговаривайте стоимость работ и уточняйте конкретно что входит в работу. У меня получилось так что я заплатил за замену детали, а чтобы она работала нормально как оказалось надо ещё столько же доплатить. В итоге цена средняя по рынку и смысла переться именно к ним не было. Но теперь я знаю что это за сервис...

Добрый день, Sandrick! К сожалению, не могу Вам ответить конкретно, тк Вы не написали о какой именно детали идет речь и о каких работах. У нас открыта ремзона, все работы выполняются при клиентах. Предварительный заказ-наряд подписывается до начала работ. В процессе работ, могут вскрыться проблемы, которые не просчитывались до начала работ. Об этом извещается клиент. Да, конечно, машина может быть записана на замену одной детали - стоимость одна, но если потребовалось менять еще что-то и мы это меняем, то да, конечно, стоимость добавится. Но повторюсь, ремзона открыта, и все необходимые доп. работы - согласуются с клиентом и всё показывается на автомобиле. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв!
