График работы, указанный фирмой, не соотвествует действительности. Пришел 18:15 заправить картридж, а офис уже закрыт (при рабочих часах до 19:00).

Валерий, приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства. Наша работа часто связана с разъездами и действительно бывают ситуации, когда в офисе никого нет, по этой причине, желательно предварительно нам позвонить и предупредить о прибытии. Мы обязательно примем меры, чтобы подобного не повторилось. В качестве компенсации за это недоразумение готовы предложить бесплатный к Вам выезд и заправку картриджа с хорошей скидкой. Работаем с ребятами уже не первый год, до этого слонялись от одних к другим. После обращения в Ирмас скитания Моисея по пустыне закончились и мы решили остаться с ними. Устроили все параметры: качество, скорость, цена, сервис. Пользуемся услугами по заправке картриджей, замене комплектующих для оргтехники, не раз обращались за починкой и настройкой от принтера до ноута - все отлично работает. Рекомендую.
