Советую не связываться с данной "конторой". СНТ "Лужки-89" договорились с Васильевым Николаем Евгеньевичем(ген. директор этой шарашки) о выполнении тех. плана на строение, нас было около 30 домов, после он выдал дкументы, с которыми нас отправили обратно, потому что были неправильно оформлены, приехали к нему, он предложил заплатить ещё раз за переоформление. Теперь всё переделываем в другой фирме.

Здравствуйте, ООО "Геопроектизыскания", на основании договора с СНТ "Лужки-89", в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства были подготовлены межевые планы земельных участков и технические планы зданий, на основании которых уже произведен кадастровый учет 64 земельных участков и 22 зданий. К сожалению, ограничения деятельности организации, вызванные пандемией коронавируса, пока не позволили подготовить документы еще по 5 земельным участкам и 5 зданиям. После вступления в законную силу соответствующего Постановления Губернатора Московской области, разрешающего работу предприятий в сфере кадастровой деятельности, данные работы будут завершены.
