Отвратительное, хамское общение курьера с получателем! Оператор отказывается называть фио того, кто придёт в ваш дом! Все у них Олеги и Алики. Будьте осторожны.

ninel.tregubova, добрый день. В день доставки получателю на телефон приходит смс с данными курьера совершающем доставку. Если в Вашем случае смс не поступило, просьба прислать номер заказа на электронную почту info@e-logs.ru, направим запрос программистам, для проверки работы системы информирования.

почему не стоит пользоваться Вашей службой ! - не надежно - не качественный сервис - не выгодно - нет гарантий - не удобный график доставки По существу ... Пошла вторая неделя доставки . Первый раз прождал с 12 до 21 ( среда 26.02 ) как было оговорено по тлф со службой доставки ... позвонили в пятницу ( 28.02) сказали не дозвонились ( вранье!!!) , перенесли на субботу ( 29.02) в районе 14.00 ( по тлф было слышно курьера в режиме суфлера ) ... В 15 ч субботы перезвонил , ответ находится у курьера , курьер перезвонит через 5 мин ... в ответ тишина . В понедельник ( 2.03) перезвонил в службу доставки ... так же вежливо ответили , что заказ находится у курьера , доставка до 21 ч . ждите ! Сегодня 3.03 ! Жду ! В нормальных компаниях приходит смс при передачи заказа курьеру с его номером тлф и курьер перед подъездом за час перезванивает . СМС с номером тлф нет и не было ! Очень приятно читать , что курьер Алик самый замечательный ! Мне наверно достался не Алик ! "А был ли мальчик"... ?
