Магазин "отстой". Сделал заказ в инете. Ждал звонка от менеджера магазина. Не дождался сам перезвонил. Меня попросили еще подождать. через 1-1.5 часа перезвонили и начали мне расказывать, что у ни х продажа только "бухтами и коробками". Типо все так работают. Ссылки на своих поставщиков, а они не в теме. Или бери то что не надо (сколько не надо) или "отваливай". "Не видишь мы заняты". Потом прислали письмо, о том что часть позиций есть, часть ждать, а часть вообще не будет.

Мы уточнили информацию у менеджера. Насчет времени ответа - вчера был рыночный день, менеджеры были сильно загружены, именно поэтому вам не перезвонили сразу же. Но ваш менеджер задержался на 1,5 часа после окончания рабочего дня, чтобы обработать ваш заказ в день заказа, а не переносить его на завтра. Да, к сожалению мы не можем отгружать кабель менее чем бухтой. К сожалению, поставщики постоянно меняют длину разбухтовки и мы не можем это отразить на сайте. За это приносим извинения. Некоторые заказанные вам позиции были складские, некоторые под заказ, что является нормальным. С вам общалась и менеджер и генеральный директор, при этом общались максимально вежливо, никто вам не говорил "отваливай", это ваши интерпретации. У нас все звонки пишутся, такого в записи нет. Вам менеджер отправила письмо и извинилась, за доставленные неудобства. Мы понимаем ваше разочарование и сожалеем, что не смогли вам помочь, но еще раз подчеркну, наш менеджер вел себя согласно инструкциям и максимально корректно.
