Полтора месяца назад покупала у них телефон. Покупка была незапланированная, срочно был необходим телефон для работы. Поэтому и приобрела у незнакомой организации. Моя БОЛЬШАЯ ОШИБКА ! Телефоном так и не смогла воспользоваться- при звонке с сим-карты Билайн собеседники меня не слышали- одни помехи, шумы. Через день принесла телефон обратно. Продавец в сервисный центр забрать отказался- сказал дело в сим-карте. Сим-карта была заменена. Проблема не исчезла. Забрали таки телефон в сервисный центр на девятый день со дня покупки. Через месяц вернули. Указали "Смена ПО. Телефон исправен". Юристы этой организации, опираясь на заключение сервисного центра, в возврате мне денежных средств отказали. Сперва с месяц подержали в сервисном центре, а потом отписали, что в 14 дней со дня покупки с возвратом я уложиться не успела. Возвращенный телефон как был неисправен, так и не работает. Никакой смены ПО произведено не было- все мои данные в телефоне так и висят (при смене ПО телефон был бы пуст). Да и вообще о какой смене ПО идет речь? Я не просила его ремонтировать. Я отдавала на диагностику. Причем, на торговой точке проверяла работу с аналогичным телефоном- таких проблем не возникло. В итоге, денег не вернули. Телефон не рабочий. Сходите туда, сходите сюда. Забрали опять в сервисный центр... Телефон кнопочный. 1290 рублей. ИТОГ: если не хотите остаться без денег и без покупки, не приобретайте у этой организации продукцию. ОЧЕНЬ БУДЕТЕ РАЗОЧАРОВАНЫ ! НЕДОБРОСОВЕСТНАЯ КОМПАНИЯ
