Ребята просто красавцы! Плачу за интернет скоростью 100мбит. Компания предоставляют услуги мне со скоростью от 2 до 15 мбит.( скриншот прилагаю). Звоню на протяжении 5 дней, тратя от 30 до 60 минут своего личного времени и денег - РАЗГОВОРЫ ПЛАТНЫЕ!! ( скриншот прилагаю). На что слышу " у нас клиентоориентированные цены, что вы хотите?!" Мало того, что трубку берут спустя 10-12 минут, так еще и оператор ведет разговор некорректно, затем переводит на техническую службу поддержки. Но т.к. я дозвониться пытался 15 минут, объяснив свою проблему, произошло рассоединение. И мне приходиться объяснять все в пятый раз что, куда, где, почему, как подключен интернет, вынуть кабель и многое другое. Про падение скорости в компании каждый день мне предоставляли интересные истории: на 1-ый день " может что-то с роутером, попробуйте почистить кэш и завтра все нормально будет", на 2-ой день " вы знаете мы определили что кто-то на чердаке нелегально подключился, мы их отключили, больше скорость падать не будет", на 3-й день " вы знаете у нас в программе стояло ограничение по скорости для вас, больше этого нет!!" и тд. А еще забыл добавить, что в доме 1 провайдер - других не пускают( наверное, по договоренности с управляющей компанией моего). Монополия, центр Москвы, 2020г.:))) Не связывайтесь.
